Reuben Crescent Bake

Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounces) can sauerkraut drained
- ½ tsp Caraway Seeds
- 1 tube Crescent rolls
- ¾ lb. sliced deli corned beef
- 1 large Egg white lightly beaten
- ½ c Thousand Island salad dressing
- 8-10 slices Swiss Cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
- Apply cooking spray in a baking dish.
- Unroll a tube of crescent dough, then divide it into two. Put half of it into the prepared baking dish. Seal the edges.
- Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.
- Remove the dough from the oven, then add ½ of the cheese on top and spread it evenly.
- Add the corned beef over the cheese and spread it evenly as well.
- In a mixing bowl, add Thousand Island Dressing and sauerkraut, then stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture on top of the corned beef layer and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the sauerkraut layer.
- Top with the other half of the crescent roll dough. Seal the sides.
- Add the rest of the cheese layer over the dough.
- Brush egg whites over the dough, then sprinkle the caraway seeds on top.
- Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 16 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
